Information handled by the service
SchoolTino is a school-management service. Depending on the features a school uses, it processes account and contact information, student and staff records, attendance, fees, academic records, and uploaded documents or photographs. Camera and face-attendance features may also process images and face-recognition data when enabled by the school.
Purpose and school responsibility
Information is used to provide the features requested by the school, maintain accounts, process payments, deliver school communications, and support the service. Schools are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authority and permissions to provide student, parent, and staff information, including information about children.
Service providers and communications
Providing these features can involve hosting and storage providers, payment processors, email or WhatsApp services, and AI providers when AI features are used. Information needed for a requested feature may be processed by the relevant provider. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information to AI tools.
Access and security
Access depends on the account role and school configuration. Keep login credentials and device access secure and report suspected misuse promptly. Security measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every transmission or stored record is completely secure.
Records, corrections, and deletion requests
Contact your school first to access or correct school-controlled records or to request deletion. Some records may need to be retained for school administration, financial reconciliation, legal obligations, or recovery. For questions about your SchoolTino account or the handling of a request, contact support@schooltino.in.
Browser storage
SchoolTino uses browser storage and session information to maintain login and application preferences. Clearing browser storage or signing out can affect saved sessions and preferences.
