Using SchoolTino
SchoolTino provides school-management tools. Use the service only if you are authorized to act for your school or to access the records provided to your account. Account permissions do not authorize access to another school's information.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep credentials secure and provide accurate information. Do not share access without authorization, attempt to bypass permissions, upload unlawful material, disrupt the service, or misuse student, parent, or staff information. Report suspected unauthorized access to support@schooltino.in.
School records and responsibilities
Schools remain responsible for the accuracy of their records, required permissions, communications sent to families, and decisions made using the service. Review AI-generated material, reports, attendance, and financial information before relying on or distributing them.
Plans and payments
Features, usage allowances, prices, and subscription periods are those displayed when a purchase is made or otherwise agreed with SchoolTino. Review the purchase details before paying. School fees collected for a school are separate from a SchoolTino software subscription.
Connected services and availability
Some features depend on internet connectivity, school devices, or third-party services. Maintenance, provider outages, or device limitations can interrupt availability. Contact support if a paid feature is not working as expected.
Stopping use and payment concerns
Contact support@schooltino.in for account closure, subscription questions, or payment disputes. Consult the Refund Policy for the distinction between software purchases and school fee payments. These terms do not remove rights available under applicable law.
